Shourya Training & Development is a learner focussed skill development platform of the future. Our unique trainings address the massive skills gap India faces. Shourya Training & Development aims to promote skill development in India that is flexible, affordable and market relevant using latest technologies. Skilled workforce in India is very less in comparison to developed countries in terms of overall percentage of population. We intend to change this scenario. We intend to fill the gap in skill development with quality online as well as offline trainings and development programs. We would like to narrow the gap between the demand and supply of skills in India. Indian workforce is largely under skilled and will require upskilling and reskilling both in the coming future and we would like to play an active role in that.

ABOUT OUR CEO
Mr. Kavinder Tomar is a qualified psychologist & a professional trainer and currently working as CEO of Shourya Training & Development. With years of experience across different communities and countries, he has a proven track record of leading various educational organizations and their training campaigns. He brings with him unique domain knowledge and access to the training world. He has worked in the education industry in Europe and that also brings in the pivotal value addition to the Shourya Training & Development.
In his previous roles, he has been associated with a group of 108 Universities in the United Kingdom, either as a member of National Committee of International students in UK of NUS- UK or acting as a liaison between the university and business parks for skill development in students. He has worked with various educational institutions independently as well as a board member and has contributed significantly in their professional success. He is a computing graduate from British University. In addition, he holds multiple master degrees. His post-graduate studies include MMC [Masters in Mass Communication], PGDMM [Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management], MBA [Masters in Business Administration – (Finance)] and Master’s Degree in Psychology
Mr. Singh has got working experience in the international education sector as he worked as an International Students Officer and Communication Officer respectively for two years with Staffordshire University (SU). Mr. Singh also sat on the British government recognized national committee for international students’ welfare based in London as part of his job. His experience of being part of numerous trainings delivered at various cities in the United Kingdom during his job tenure adds value into his trainings. British Universities and Indian educational institutions have certified his work that he has done for student community services back in the United Kingdom and India.
